LHR Terminal 5 is by far the best of all terminals. The terminal looks stunning, security check is a breeze, exceptional duty free experience and I just love flying from LHR, and especially from T5.

Toilets are a little rough but floor to ceiling doors means you poop in peace 💩

Fast track security very slow as delays in staff handover of scanning operator. Needs significant improvement. (04 March 2020).

North security gates currently as there is a pilot of new security scanners happening - allow you to leave laptops and toiletries in your carry on baggage. Makes security checks a bit faster.
