Can’t believe this large hotel doesn’t provide its own free shuttle, with one-way bus fares varying from £5 to £10 if you don’t pre-book

The hotel is clean and nice but they are greedy and rude and they won’t allow late checkout for people with late flights even for a fee this isn’t a good hotel feature.

Clean, comfortable. Expensive but that's expected at an airport hotel. Only negative was a grumpy concierge, who got stroppy with me about a mistake made by the hotel. Soured my experience.

Free London Buses to and from hotel. Don't waste money on hoppa service as bus stops are almost outside. Use bus stop 19 from central bus station at Heathrow.

Superb views of the airport. Rain shower walk in. Comfortable beds. Busy slightly formal hotel. Good though not exceptional breakfast in main restaurant. Club/Executive Lounge a little disappointing.
