Rooms are not clean, the floor in the bathroom have not seen water since months! As I compained, nobody said sorry! By the second arrival same problem! We changed the room, but same problem!

Fantastic hotel, large rooms, good restaurants and friendly staff. Walking distance of down town Windhoek. Good wifi!

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, nice meals but agree service with a smile is lacking. Only wifi in public areas is annoying.

The hotel itself is spacious, rooms are clean/well-decorated, and the rooftop pool is very relaxing. The staff/service are lackluster--you'll need to ask more than once each time to get what you need.

Good rooms, breakfast is ok. They say it's the best hotel in Windhoek. I tend to believe. Yet Internet available only in public areas pisses off.
