Look for the EV charging station on third floor on exit side go up to the fourth floor and then follow the exit ramp down to 3.

Lots of restaurants on the Mall validate parking up to $5 at the Capitol Garage. Also Esquire IMAX.

Don't freak out if you did not prepay; you can pay at the exit. There is one attended cash lane & 3 credit card/prepay lanes.
