Worst Hertz service ever encountered. Did not have the car size I got confirmed months in advance, no apology, promised to call and never called... Stay away / look for better rated rental co's in PR.

No mobile alert service for Gold members. need to go to the counter and in my case has to wait for them to prep a car.

Ridiculous. Slow service and you're telling me a Ford Focus hatchback is a "standard" car?! And this is across all of Puerto Rico?! Lies and BS. Avoid and rent from anywhere else.

Easily one of the worst Hertz. No board for Gold Members, older cars and understaffed. Check tires, usually bald.

DO refill your gas otherwise it's $10/gallon and outside is $1 /g. It's bullshit that no one tells you that you need to do that. So mad!!!

Request the right size car if you have prepaid for that size already. They will give you a ride to your destination if close and will deliver you a car with your requested size in the morning (6 am)
