Dangerously irresponsible. Needed roadside assistance, they kept on sending us to voice mail for two hours. These guys are cutting corners to keep price competitive.

Long wait....one guy servicing 20 customers. If you have a meeting better plan a car with another car rental.....my third time here with minimal 20 min wait.

Maybe NOT the best Car Service to use if your handicap!! With pre-reserved car, still sitting in Wheelchair an hour and 15 min later! 👍

Horrible service! Gave me a dirty car that didn't work then charge me extra gas when I heard the click on the pump an was half mi. away an charge me three gallons worth!
