Come a little earlier then your reservation. It's not always full, but they're close to a lot of mechanics, auto body shops, and dealerships that utilize their services. The staff is pretty nice.

Avoid this office at all costs.

Representatives are rude and frequently lie to you. At least 3 other people in the office at the time of my return were upset at either being lied to about price or not getting their cars on time.
