The worst place in the world. I paid my rental online and literally stranded me out in the cold a week before Christmas, saying I needed a second credit card for the deposit but can't tell me why.

This is not much of tip but more of a WTF comment. For the 45 minutes we were here trying to get our reserved car, there was an Infinity parked outside playing music...with the engine running.

This place SUCKS. I live locally and am a FASTBREAK member - it's a holiday weekend on a Sunday and only 2 agents working! Been in FASTBREAK line over 30 minutes now! Unacceptable

Be sure to have plenty of time on your hands on a Friday night to rent a car.
