Dulles is located far away from pretty much everything, so I don’t understand why the rental car lots are located off premises. Other than that, this is a typical Avis facility.

For such a big airport the personal service at this Avis is subpar. They don't drop you off at your airline or your car as a Preferred member. Disappointing.

Isn't someone supposed to come check your car when you return? This service is soooo slow!! Get more people to fill up your desks.

Had a great experience. Al who works overnight saved the day after dollar closed before my delayed plane arrived. Would use again.

Avoid if possible. They argued with me about the keys not being in the car. Told me I didn't know what keys looked like and then eventually agreed that the keys weren't in the car. Extremely rude!

Don't leave without knowing how your car passes inspection-wise. Was charged for "complete detail" (around $160) after dropping off our spotless rental. Was notified by letter two weeks later.

Don't buy gas from Avis. Gas station right around the corner for reasonable price.
