Consider riding ordinary air-con buses instead of deluxe buses when traveling at the wee hours of the morning. The difference in getting to the destination is just around an hour.

We got deluxe tickets for our trip back to MNL. Book ahead of time. Deluxe trips are more convenient with toilet, snacks and drinks on board. Plus, your own stewardess. Tix cost 750.
