I’ve passed this station twice now, once on a layover and once transferring. The lobby itself is very clean and nice. Bathrooms are a war zone. Cafe could use more employees. Take Amtrak if you can.

There’s only ever one desk agent working at any given time. Even busy times. Get eticket. Ask others which gate to leave from. You’ll miss your bus otherwise.

Judging by the filthiness of the bathroom and lack of any toiletpaper whatsoever, apparently Greyhound Inc doesn’t consider using the toilet a priority...

For Greyhound stations, it's not too bad. Typical rude employees though, and the station announcements are not very loud.

They let you drink in the parking garage. Cheap parking for Penguins games if you don't mind a long walk.

I'm usually the worst of the snobs, but this place is not bad at all. Yeah it's disorganized, but comparatively clean. Try the New York City one for a truly horrifying experience.

I don't understand why you have to get off the bus for a layover. It's the middle of the night and id much eater sleep through this whole experience.

Wifi was surprisingly good. Make sure you bring a laptop or tablet because a delay is very likely, and you might as well get some work done.

Never had a problem here at all. Would advise to be here at least an hour and a half before. Never an issue. Drivers are always kind
