There's airport shuttle at platform 54. The bus departs every 40 minutes from 9:00 am and takes 50 minutes to CSX. Don't bother looking for a cab. Changsha cabs just suck.

Going to Changsha Railway Station? Take public bus 312. But it will cost one hour.
