Although I now know to prepare to camp out if I EVER have come back, I have to say that I am pleased with the outcome... Within a week My son will have a new 5s (not refurbished).

Park on the top of the parking deck (where the Pink Pig is set up during the holidays). It's the closest entrance.

DEFINITELY make an appointment if you need to see someone at the Genius Bar, especially on the weekends. This store is always packed.

Best and most energized Apple Store in all of Georgia! This location appears to have more knowledgeable staff members and more floor space for product testing!

If you left your apple product for a repair,make sure that u turn your product on&make sure it's fully functioning with all of your software before you leave the store!They won't check it-glad I did!

Don't plan on buying 2 different products on the same day. You have to go through one process and get in a line for the next product and do it all again. Inefficient..Sad -Coming from an apple junkie.
