The stuff they sell is really great. Would rather go to Bloomingdales though. They treat you like a person their. At Saks they treat you like crap.

Nice store, bad employees. The worst customer service I have ever seen. You’d expect that the quality of service would be better in a store that sells $500 shoe. It’s not.

Go see Joyce at the La Mer counter. She is very helpful and treats everyone with respect! You don't have to look like a million $ to be treated like it :)

Better than most department stores. Mostly pleasant staff, upscale brands and clientele, a nice cafe with great sushi, and of course, Louis Vuitton has a gorgeous little boutique in there.

The men's department is very small, but they sell certain designer labels that are exclusively for Saks!
