Good place for no-pressure learning about the latest form factors and styles of PCs. Relatively small store so limited selection but great location.

Very small store, won't have the latest and if you want to order anything be prepared to wait, they "don't get things in as fast as the other store." Disappointing.

Very unpleasant tech experience with Niki. Cold, condescending and intimidating. "SHOW me the problem", "you must be brushing the touch pad". I did, and I wasn't. Left intimidated, problem unsolved.

I went in and there was a rock concert happening. The staff was easy going and super helpful. The overall vibe was way more appealing than the Apple store, I've gotta say.
