The butchers beef is traceable pasture to plate! The sammich side is traceable from counter to belly!

The chicken & pork is either local or Vancouver Island, organic, super tasty. Love that they support local producers like Tannadice and Pattison Farms.

Best sausage rolls. When you ask for a pork roast, go for the shoulder butt: much tastier, moister, fatter than loin (& cheaper too). Joe has "best customer service skills n attitude," says my girl.
