They mill their own flour (http://www.berkeleyside.com/2016/11/28/alamedas-crispian-bakery-now-milling-its-own-flour/) which makes their Pain de Campagne the best I've ever tasted!

This place is about 1 yr old and has an awesome pastry selection. The special croissant has Nutella and cream on the inside 😵 and their banana bread usually sells out.
