Worth the admission price-- $$ goes to conservation after all! Saw the 11am conservation show and the kiwi feeding, and walked around the entire site. Really enjoyed it.

Yes, it's expensive, but you get to see the kiwis! Go at feeding time and hear a brief talk and watch them eat. The park is small but nice with nice habitats for the birds and a few reptiles.

It was definitely an experience to look at kiwi bird in person ! The conservation is not too big but fun to walk around

Get here before 11am to have time foe conservation bird show, then walk around, then see a kiwi feeding.
