Annoying karaoke all through the night. Even if your room is located up in the third floor it will be hard to sleep with music booming.

No strict check in time. Come anytime and consume your 12hrs in full (unlike other resorts nearby)

No loading facility for prepaid. Drug store is quite far. Php 100 fee for electric charge per gazebo. Corkage for liquors. FYI's

Place is awesome. The mountain scenery is so relaxing. Clean pools. Clean gazeebos. Clean rooms.
