Worst customer service I have ever seen. I was using a work out ball that was left out and in the middle of my rep, lady comes up and wants it back. And my family pass with Jeremy what a joke. Norenue

Horrible customer service, 1st use of family pass we get a call saying there was a problem with what THEY signed us up for, Instead of resolving,we were told "they suggest we go to golds gym instead."
