It's a very good place to jog but kind of too many people during exercising rush hours. I suggest to come either really early in the morning or later at night around 8pm

beautiful, quiet, lake with 1.5km path around it. no motor scooters or bikes allowed, nor do they sneak in (unusual in taipei). fishing. trails over the hills behind it as well. Nice breeze in sum
