Heat didn't work in first room. Second room the bathroom door wouldn't shut and the toilet seat wouldn't stay up. However, the bed was clean and comfortable.

OMG!!! The phone jack was hanging from the wall, the tub had cigarette burns on it, the housekeeper didn't know and just barged in, the room smelled like 200 packs of cigarettes. It was just a mess
