The staff is great. Bring your own soap. Ask for an upper floor, it can be very noisy at the bottom. Also parking is scarce late at night. The walk to downtown Disney is too long. Take a bus/shuttle.

Nice hotel, but seriously get a room on second floor. Especially when family's bring their kids. The floor squeaks and cracks above you. If you're on the second floor... Think of us on the bottom!

Make sure your on the second floor otherwise you will hear the people above you walk and squeak across the floor ALL NIGHT LONG!! Horrible!!!!!

Very cosy and clean. Nice ambience. Friendly staff, too. And it's near Disneyland & amenities. Worth the money.
