Do not rent a basic room. Its worse then staying at Motel 6. Small room, small window to interior court, dark, small small bathroom with no space. Skip this place and find another hotel.

This place has been my home for a month now. The rates are good for extended stays. The location is great if you want to work in Kitchener downtown.
