Rooms are comfy but limited in outlets in this age of rechargeable devices. There are two restaurants and they both have their issues. Prepare to feel unnecessary, unbussed tables and a wait.

The menu is great but when they say a closing time for the kitchen they mean it. We asked for rolls but the chef left on the dot and locked EVERYTHING up -- rolls, desert and all!

Braised lamb shank dinner was super in the Pantry restaurant as was the service but breakfast was an adventure in the same restaurant. Surly attitudes, bad service and a thirty-eight minute delay

Sunday brunch was ok. A bit expensive for what it was but still a decent brunch in a nice location for Metro-West.

A good place for a hotel here,if in Framingham, because it's a literally a Shopper's World here and a lot of café. There's Wi-Fi. But some of the rooms are very classic and strange in an uncommon way.
