Rooms not great. Very small old furniture ( worn out not antique). The restaurant is allegedly good but it was booked out when I stayed. There is a McDonalds just along the road.

Nice ambience and very handy if you're staying at the Holiday Inn Express next door. Has table service, but also has a bar.... getting drinks from the bar is much quicker for those who walk up.

Nice bar. Decent place to have a cuppa or a drink while you wait for your train rather than the Holiday Inn Express.

Why insist on serving everything on a chopping board! What's wrong with plates?!

Is reopen now I say try the burger with bacon really nice the staff are really friendly as well they have done a really good job on the pub as well :)
