It is as good as they say. The food was excellent and the beers were really special. We appreciated the relaxed atmosphere.

They turned us away by claiming the restaurant was full when we could see there were only 2 tables with people on. Pretty elitist and unpleasant.

Home to the Barngates Brewery. You can find their range of great real ales on the bar. Excellent views from the benches out the front.
