You pay beforehand just to get there and they tell you the room you booked isn’t available and the hotel is full. Then they offer you a lower type of room with no refund or a free change of rooms. 👎

The rooms are nice, but there is a lot of construction happening. They start grinding and hammering at 8am and u can hear it very vividly and it makes it impossible to sleep without ear plugs.
