Interesting concept - chalet type accommodation in the city of St Louis; having stayed in quite a # of Sheraton hotel destination worldwide, my favourite are still Sheraton Langkawi & Sheraton Phuket.

If possible book a room on the club level. Night and day from the other rooms.

The club breakfast is really good. The lounge has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. One thing, if you need a gym with free weights, ask to use the Sheraton Towers gym... No issues!

This hotel is great about taking care of their regular customers. Always very responsive to any issues I have. Talk to Karoline in the sales.
