Room is big and this is all good I can say. There is no air conditioning, it is dirty, wi- fi practically does not exist. I paid for two nights but stand only first.

Terrible reception,they put the phone busy and you cannot ever reach them.So rude.The kettle and the hair dryer don’t work, I asked for it but the reception completely ignored it.

Ghastly old, run down hotel. Rooms freezing cold without heaters that actually work, and wifi pitifully slow. Overall a massive embarrassment in a tourist focused city

No aircon in standard rooms, if it's hot go elsewhere. Staff not very helpful either, very unimpressed, most Rydges are quite good, this is the exception.
