Capsule hotel at T3, easy to find. 360 yuan for double room for one night.

Fairly clean airport. Terminal 2 & 3 have sleep boxes and pods for short naps or even overnight stays. 50RMB / hr ($6 usd). 240 RMB / night

nice airport with relatively new facilities, clean & well stocked bathroom etc. And if you have priority pass make sure to use it since most lounges have hot food.

T3 is very modern and compares with the best airports in the world. I have never seen security this tight though, be prepared for the most intimate pat down you’ve ever had!

there's a 15-mins walk way between T2 and T3 for transfer. you can direct check-in in the waiting hall at daytime. At night, you have to go out of the waiting hall for check-in and re-security-check

There's a Muslim Food restaurant at Terminal 3. Plenty of choices with reasonable price. :-)

There's a shuttle bus service between airport and Long Hai Hotel, not far from Xi'an Railway Station. It cost only ¥25. Good enough for budget traveller. ;-)

Muy bonito y funcional aunque más lejos de la ciudad de lo que esperaba. El taxi desde el centro de Xi'an al aereopuerto puede costar unos 150 y
