Everything about this hotel was excellent from the clean rooms to the polite employees.The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were cleaned great and the beds were made perfectly.

We got excellent customer service, and Tracy was the best! She was very helpful with ideas on activities in the area, as well as, restaurants to try. She was very professional, and very friendly.

My stay at the hotel was a very good, my boyfriend and I were on vacation and the check in was friendly, the staff excellent. When I asked for extra pillows it was not a problem.

staff very friendly.I took the family for a getaway to relax and shop.The pool was great for the kids and hot-tub better for me, which was nice and warm. The breakfast was enough to start the day off.

I found the room once again to be clean and the staff is always nice and very accommodating. We bring our bass boat and all 3 times they make sure we have ample space to park.

I decided to to stay hear when I took my family to Bush Garden Williamsburg. Location of the hotel is great, staff was nice and friendly. Room where nice and clean. Excellent place to stay with family

The rooms were nicely clean and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and always greeted me when i came in and left out. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Williamsburg area.

hotel great loacation rooms were ok and great breakfast. the k pool was nice and warm and hot tub was working, felt good on my back. i will return , service was good and hotel staff friendly.

Great middle of the road place to stay when visiting Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. We choose it for its location and easy access to everything and ease of highway driving.

It's conveniently located to both Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens, and the cost is extremely reasonable. Our room was sufficiently large and quiet. I recommend this hotel as a great bargain
