We had a three months early reservation. They gave us thei oldest and filthiest room, with no air conditioning. Above that everything else was good enough

Bit awkward having to get a lift to the 1st floor then walking down a long corridor to a 2nd set of lifts to reach your room! Ask reception to change your room! Navigating back whilst drunk is a no no
