Very nice hotel. Excellent service. Food choices are limited, but good quality and tasty. Rooms are jus “Novotel stile” functional and minimalistic. The interior patio arcade is a plus.

El hotel es muy bonito, pero si te tocan las habitaciones nuevas estarás decepcionado. Teníamos la 206 por 2 noches... 350 dólares. Parecía una mazmorra... no volvería jamás.

Great location. Checkin/checkout area unnecessarily small. Courtyard architecture is nice but rooms are standard.

Excelente hotel! Ótima localização, pôde-se ir a Praça das Asmas a pé, é bem perto, os melhores restaurantes de Cusco tb estão envolta do hotel. Toda equipe Novotel nota 10. Sempre atenciosos.
