Haven't tried the rooms yet, but I've been to a show here. As far as what I've seen, the staff were really professional.

Lower level rooms and suites do NOT recommend....not nice. Get the higher floor rooms. Nicer. Better furnished. Better sea view. Ensure to get room with good sea view and balcony on highest floors

Ok hotel but not wow. Good if you want to be close to downtown Beirut but don't want to stay downtown. Nice sea view from rooms on top floors

Le Royal Hotel расположен на склоне горы у подножия моря. Отель очень красивый, завораживает своим видом, приятный обслуживающий персонал, в номере большой балкон и национальные сладости)

The Shahrayar room is amazing, the ceiling is brilliant. The food is good. The service is horrible, you have to ask for something 50 times to get it and the music is ridiculously loud.
