Good hotel for business travelers - high speed wi-fi (free), comfortable bed, no room service but food is available on premise for 24 hours. Great customer service.

I've stayed at 3 different Hyatt's in the last 2 weeks. I have to say this one is not as good as the other 2. The breakfast is lazy, the hallways are tight, scuffs on the walls, and key issues daily..

Room was nice, roomy and more importantly clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. If you are a fitness buff their fitness room is not for you... Only cardio equipment. Overall great stay.

If you need extra pillows be sure to ask them before you check in. They were out of pillows in my case! Had to sleep in the incredibly uncomfortable couch.

Probably the biggest rooms in any hotel I have stayed at. Well worth the money!
