The power outlets in my room were all pretty loose. In this world of connectivity we all live in, these should be fixed. Power cords should not fall out of the outlets.

I love my Hyatt points, but the only downside of this hotel is that the kitchen needs updating. And no dishwasher? I mean, even Towneplace has a dishwasher. C'mon Cypress Hyatt--get with the program!!

I just love Hyatt brand hotels. Hyatt House in Cypress has spacious one-bedroom suites with a full kitchen. And the rooms even have balconies!! I heart my Hyatt points!!! I'd definitely come back!!

Nice place, but stay away from west side rooms where they take early morning deliveries. There is also a preschool on the same side.
