Wonderful place to stay. Staff excellent. Only let down is the spa. Treatments are not very professional or good.

This is just the most wonderful place to stay in Umbria. Breakfast is sooo nice, the staff are genuinely friendly. We never stayed at the main mansion bit in the houses close by the second pool.
