What isn't good here! I L❤️VE this place & I travel frequently for work. This is by far my favorite hotel! Keurig in room & fridge with complimentary water. Very comfortable bed & amazing staff!!

Very stylish hotel. Rooms look even better than on pictures. Location is very convenient. No parking provided, but you can park at medical college for free - 7 mins walk from hotel.

Candice and Natalie are incredibly friendly and helpful (and extremely cute to boot). Patrick knows all the best night spots. And Assahn is eager to please. Best hotel staff in London!
