The hotel is very beautiful but the service is disappointing,very slow room service , an hour for checkin , we were told there are 2 pools there is only one , and when you call nobody picks up

Try the nicoise salad at the pool cafe, it's divine and the view is breathtaking

Too expensive for the service there. One adult and one child would pay $30 for pool entrance to end up swimming in child water that is not suitable for kids in winter

Bad service. Receptionists are mean. Room is uncomfortable. Dirty bath tub. All bad except the view!

Junior Suite....very Sweet :) the view is excellent, the service is amazing, and the quiet fresh atmosphere is a major relaxation ingredient. Ask for Karl the waiter. He's one hell of a guy!
