Customer service was amazing.. Roger and staff took care of us.. the hotel itself could be much better.. the stinky carpet and was the biggest turn off.. it smelled like urine and puke.. #cleanplease!

Issues with bed bugs and try to blame the customer they offered to wash our clothes and they came back battered family came to meet us and plumbing bad flooded the bathroom before they even unpacked
