Basically a deserted dump of a hotel, with an unfriendly staff and extremely outdated decor. Unfortunately there are very limited selections for pet friendly hotels in Billings Montana.

Don't go to the restaurant. Overpriced and not good at all. Staff wasn't all that friendly either. Better to go outside the "hotel"

Very nicely updated older hotel. Room service is great! Breakfast is good but very slow service as understaffed. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Clean and comfortable.

Meh, a bit of a gilded Motel 6. No conditioner, no microwaves, no customer service, breakfast is served in a cafe and coffee is a $1.50. The pool was disgusting. Stay in the Holiday Inn next door.
