Nice, quiet, clean, but... No protein or fruit choices at breakfast, and no irons (which is a necessity after stuffing clothes in a suitcase for travel in my opinion).

For little town Iowa this is a nice hotel.

It is a little outdated, but they have painted and is acceptable. Beds are super hard and the pillows are flat.
