Businesses are only as good as the employees who work there. If someone says it sucks because they use to work there then it's a good thing they don't anymore, it's a lot better without them now.

Use your smart phone to take pictures of the shelf sale prices. When the till isn't up-to-date, they'll deny it everytime in the hopes you'll give up.
