Emergency room and staff services badly need improvement. It was highly regarded as one of the best hospitals in Iloilo but seeing it now the building AND even patient services are deteriorating.

Also,it's great 2 party but dont let ur staff prancing around even at operating room complex.have proper rooms for family conferences not at hallways where i have 2 compete w/ your loud paging system

Also, please have your corridors well lit and your suites with backup power generator. It's criminal to pay for 2400/private room with no power during outages. Also,some windows don't close properly.

Why do they have to inform everyone of staff birthdays esp on paging system? Why do they have to use the paging system all the time when there are mobile phones? It is LOUD, ANNOYING AND BACKWARD.
