Buffet from opening til about 2, but you prob dont want it after noon or so. Luckily ordering fresh food off the menu is still quite ok til closing, and very good. I say go with the menu.

so good! Vietnamese vegetarian food from the weird "Master Ruma" cult. So many good viet delicacies, all veggie! not pricey. practice your vietnamese, even thai/lao is just barely spoken here.
