The place to visit in WVB. Nicely mixed crowd, gets lively, nice atmosphere, great staff. And all this in a building that looks like it'll collapse into the waves any moment (...but so far hasn't)

Even when restaurant kitchen is closed you can eat normal food at the bar & bistro part. Sadly most of seafood is deep fried.
