Terrible service!!! I waited almost for an hour for the main course (not a busy time of year) and when it finally arrived it was overcooked!!!

Check the daily specials written on the chalkboard by the front. If you cannot get in for dinner, try lunch, but before 2pm, as big tour groups usually pass by that time.

Great first place to go when visiting Portree... open for dinner after 6pm... no reservation! Just have to wait outside...

If you don't want to wait for a table at the main restaurant they have a Fish and Chips shack next door. Quick and dirty, just as it should be. A heads up though, be aware of attacking birds outside!

Fills up very quickly for dinner. Food was very bland for our taste (the salmon and soup) but everything looked fresh. Given the choice that we have on Portree all in all it's a good one.

Anything you order is going to be outstanding. If there's a queue don't doubt it. Just wait for a table.
