The menu changes, but the liverwurst toast and brisket were fantastic. The dessert -- pumpkin-flavored beignets -- was out of this world (Get two orders!).

Chef de Cuisine Ray is the real freakin' deal. Basically everything is inventive but delicious, with special standouts for me being the spaetzle, catfish tacos, and braised beef. Don't miss it!
