Went on my supper break last night. Waited way too long. Was told I had already received my food. Really...then why am I asking for my money back???! Then, they gave me my food. Never. Ever. Again.

It is a horrible MCDonalds, people behind the counter on cell phones - yes. Cold food - yes. They lose your order or mess it up - ALWAYS even in the lobby
